When there is a death as the result of a car crash or a motorcycle accident, the people that sue are provided by statute. The law says that if the person is married the spouse is entitled to sue, and if the person’s not married children are entitled to sue. Minor children are also entitled to collect money so there are a variety of people that are entitled to collect money when someone’s killed in a car accident or a motorcycle accident.
