I think the most important factors to look for in deciding who you should hire to represent you in an auto accident case is one, experience. How long has the person been doing it? Two, is he a trial attorney? Is he someone that goes to trial, or is he someone that’s going to send your case off to somebody else? Three, somebody who you could speak to. Someone who explains things in a way that you’ll understand and lets you know what’s going on with your case.
