A negligence security claim is a claim brought for injuries caused by some criminal event that occurs on someone else’s property. If you’re at a hotel, or an apartment complex, or even a shopping mall and you’re assaulted, or shot, or stabbed, we would bring a claim alleging that the land owner failed to maintain their property safely, didn’t have the proper safety precautions. As a result, you’re injured.
