If you’re involved in an accident and you don’t injuries at the scene of the accident and therefore don’t go to the hospital on the date of the accident, you are still absolutely entitled to go to a doctor or a hospital the next day or the day after. As long as you go within 14 days of the accident, you will maintain your personal injury protection benefits provided under your policy.
