West Palm Beach, FL - Man Hospitalized in Hit-and-Run on Military Trl

West Palm Beach, FL (October 29, 2023) – The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) reports that a man sustained life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run on Saturday.

According to PBSO, the incident occurred on South Military Trail around 2:00 a.m.

A white 2015 or 2019 Ford Transit van, as described in the accident report, was headed south on South Military Trail, north of 10th Avenue in Lake Worth, when it hit the man. PBSO reports that the vehicle’s unidentified driver left the site of the collision.

Per authorities, the man remains in serious condition at St. Mary’s Medical Center, where he was sent for treatment.

An investigation is still ongoing at this time.
