Miami Gardens, FL – Motorcyclist Hospitalized in 179th St Wreck

Miami Gardens, FL (February 22, 2024) – Officials in Miami Gardens reported Thursday morning that a motorcyclist was taken to the hospital following a wreck.

Near the 2800 block of Northwest 179th Street, the accident was reported just after 10:40 a.m. The victim, an adult male, was riding his motorcycle westbound on Northwest 179th Street when the wreck occurred, according to a police representative from Miami Gardens. Officials said that the man was evacuated to a nearby hospital in stable condition by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. An investigation is still ongoing.
