Miami, FL – Victims Hurt in Vehicle Crash on Golden Glades Int

Miami, FL - Victims Hurt in Vehicle Crash on Golden Glades Int

Miami, FL (March 3, 2024) – All northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Northwest Miami-Dade County were closed on Saturday afternoon due to a collision involving an SUV and a Miami-Dade Police Department cruiser.

According to officials, the crash occurred near the Golden Glades Interchange. Although the express lane remained operational, traffic cameras captured multiple police vehicles forming a perimeter around Northwest 151st Street, effectively closing the highway. EMTs transferred at least one person to the hospital, though no details on the injured victims are known. Inquiries into the cause and circumstances of the crash have been initiated by the Florida Highway Patrol; however, specific information was limited in the meantime.

We extend our thoughts and best wishes for a full recovery to the injured victims.
