Miami, FL – Students Hurt in School Bus Accident at 49th St & 8th Ave

Miami, FL (November 27, 2023) – After a school bus carrying students to Miami Northwestern Senior High got into an accident with a vehicle on Monday morning, a handful of students were injured.

The intersection of Miami’s Northwest 49th Street and 8th Avenue was the scene of the accident. The thirteen students mostly escaped without serious injuries, though paramedics arrived to assess the victims. Information gathered after the accident showed that the van’s front end was severely damaged and had to be towed away. Neither the bus driver nor the van driver were hurt in the collision. The wreck’s causes are under investigation by the authorities.
