Miami, FL – Rear-End Wreck Injures Victims at SW 144th Ave & 51st St
Miami, FL (January 7, 2024) – On Sunday afternoon, January 7, two to three drivers were involved in a reported rear-end or chain-reaction wreck in the greater Miami area, per the latest reports from authorities.
Just before 12:30 p.m., officers with the Miami Police Department reported to the scene of the accident, which was located at the corner of SW 144th Avenue and SW 51st Street. The events immediately preceding the wreck are unclear, but MPD officers state that the incident appeared to be a rear-end crash caused by slowing traffic at the intersection. EMTs transported those requiring further treatment to a local hospital, though details about the victims involved in the wreck are still unknown.
