Miami, FL – Fatal Motorcycle Crash on SR 836 Under Inquiry

Miami, FL (February 18, 2024) – On Sunday morning, a motorcycle accident in Miami-Dade County prompted the arrival of first responders.

A man on a motorcycle was turning onto State Road 836 westbound from Northwest 42nd Avenue in Miami, according to the Florida Highway Patrol, when he was involved in a collision with another driver. The State Road 836 westbound on-ramp was momentarily closed due to the subsequent vehicle fire, and the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
