Is there a time limit to file my Florida car accident lawsuit?

There’s an absolute law with regard to the filing of lawsuits as result of a car accident. That law provides that if the accident causes death a lawsuit must be filed within two years. If the accident causes personal injuries then you have four years to sue the at fault party. If you are suing an uninsured or underinsured murders carrier you then have five years and these time limitations must be complied with.
