Once you’ve hired an attorney for an auto accident case, keep in mind that you do not have to stay with them throughout the claim. You have the right to switch to another attorney, and generally the second lawyer will pay the first lawyer out of his fee when the case is settled. It doesn’t really cost you any money to switch.
