Boca Raton, FL – Worker Hospitalized in Accident at Baptist Health

Boca Raton, FL (September 12, 2023) – A worker was seriously hurt earlier this week in a construction accident at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

Boca Raton Fire Rescue responded to the scene after a worker became trapped behind a section of a wall that had collapsed, causing him to be impaled. The incident occurred around 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday, per local authorities.

Specialized equipment was required for the rescue of the worker due to the severity of his injuries. Officers immediately designated a trauma alert, and paramedics evacuated the man to Delray Medical Center.
